Emily recently had to use off-road Recovery Cover when they got bogged in very thick mud and were unable to self-recover. These are her words on the experience.

Despite being an experienced Four Wheel Driver, and the man behind Uncover Australia, Darren was recently unfortunate enough to have a water crossing go wrong. This required him to claim under the policy, and the following is the email he sent to our GM on the experience.

If you are like me you think – I’ll never have a car accident! And then it happens – in my case I had a seizure while driving, and I went off the road and ran into a street sign, knocked over a letter box and ran up an embankment.
