The Customer Portal is provided to allow customers to:

· Download documents.
· Update payment, personal or policy details.
· Lodge first notice of loss insurance claims.
Use of the Customer Portal is limited to lawful, personal use in connection with your insurance policies.
3. Account Access and Security
· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
· You must not share your password or allow unauthorised access to your account.
· You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
· We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably suspect misuse or security risk.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that:

· You will promptly update any changes to your personal information;
· You will not use the Customer Portal for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purposes; and

· Lodging a claim or submitting information through the Customer Portal does not guarantee acceptance of a claim.
· All claims remain subject to policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions.
· Any request submitted through the Customer Portal is bound immediately unless otherwise shown.
