I would like to express my gratitude, appreciation, and thanks to the Club 4X4 customer service team and damage assessor for making the process of lodging a claim and having my car repaired so easy.

In August 2019, I switched my car insurance to Club 4X4 as I was searching for an insurance company that would cover my four-wheel drive with added accessories, for both the daily commute and our off-road family adventures. After thorough research, I was impressed with the insurance policy and the extras Club 4X4 offered, which went above and beyond what other insurance companies were providing. I insured my Pajero Sport with Club 4X4, keeping our planned Fraser Island holiday in mind.

I’m happy to say that our family had a fantastic holiday on Fraser Island, and I felt at ease knowing we were covered for any potential damages or recovery during our trip. Thankfully, nothing happened during the holiday. However, our four-wheel drive was damaged in the violent Sydney storms in late January 2020.

Initially, I was anxious about lodging a claim with Club 4X4, expecting the usual runaround, delays, or poor customer service (as I’ve experienced with other companies in the past). But, wow, I could not have been more wrong about the service I received from Club 4X4!

I called the claims team and was met by a polite and helpful representative who efficiently processed my claim. By the end of the call, I received an SMS confirming my claim had been lodged, along with my claim number. Shortly after, I was contacted to explain the next steps for getting my car repaired. Within about 30 minutes, I received another call from my chosen repairer, who informed me that Club 4X4 had already contacted them and approved the quote process. I was given the next available appointment to have my car assessed, and within about a week, the quote was approved. My repairer then reached out to schedule the repairs.

I couldn’t believe how easy, fast, and stress-free the entire claims and repair process was with Club 4X4. I was particularly impressed when Club 4X4 followed up to ask why my car hadn’t been booked in for repairs yet (due to my work commitments) and ensured everything was alright.

Once I dropped my four-wheel drive off with my repairer, there were no hassles or surprises. The repairs were completed to the highest standard, and I received my car back sooner than expected, looking as good as new.

I’ve been so happy with my experience with Club 4X4 that I’ve been recommending them to all my friends, family, and anyone else I meet with a four-wheel drive. The professionalism, ease, and painlessness of dealing with Club 4X4 have made me a loyal customer.

Thank you, Club 4X4!
