I would like to pass on my gratitude, appreciation and thanks to the Club4x4 customer service team and damage assessor with the ease of making a claim and having my car repaired.

August 2019 I changed my car insurance over to Club4x4 as I was looking for an insurance policy/company who would insure my four wheel drive with added accessories for both the daily commute and on and off road family adventures. After a fair bit of research I was impressed with the insurance policy and extras offered by Club4x4 (which were over and above other insurance companies), I insured my Pajero Sport with Club4x4 with our upcoming planned Fraser Island holiday in mind.

I can say our family had a fantastic holiday on Fraser Island and I felt at ease knowing that if anything happened to our four wheel drive we were covered for any damages and subsequent recovery that may have followed during our trip. Nothing happed during our family holiday however unfortunately our four wheel drive was damaged during the violent Sydney storms late January 2020.

At first I was anxious about lodging a claim with Club4x4 as I was expecting to get the run around, possible confrontation, “Sorry we are very busy” spiel, delay tactics and average customer service (as I have experienced with another insurance company in the past)…… Wow, I could not have been any more wrong with the service I received from Club4x4!

I rang Club4x4 claims and was in contact with a very polite and helpful person in the claims section who compiled my claim. At the conclusion of the phone call I received a SMS notification that advised me my claim had been lodged in their system and my claim number. A short time later I received a phone call advising me of the next steps required in order to get my car repaired. In a little less than 30min later I received a call from my choice of repairer advising me that Club4x4 had contacted them and approved them to proceed to quote my car for damages and offered me the next available quote time. I had my car assessed by my choice repairer it only took a week or so to have the assessment quote approved and I was contacted by my choice of repairer to book my car in for repairs.

I cannot believe how easy, fast and stress less the whole claim and repair process was with Club4x4. I was quite impressed when Club4x4 contacted me to advise me the repair quote had been approved and enquired why my car had not been booked in for repairs yet (it was due to my work commitments) and if everything was ok.

Once I delivered my four wheel drive to my choice of repairer for repairs there was no hassle or hidden surprises. The repairs were performed to the highest level and I received my car back sooner than expected in as new condition.

I have been that happy with my experiences and dealings with Club4x4, I have been recommending Club4x4 to all my friends, family and anyone else I encounter who has a four wheel drive of how professional, easy and painless it is to deal with Club4x4.
