Hello Jackson,

At the present time my wife and I are at camp in Barcaldine. We have travelled from home base at Bonogin Gold Coast to Roma, Carnarvon Gorge , stayed 3 days there, it was great. Had been 22 years since our previous trip. Well we are heading out to Birdsville then onto the Noccundra pub, go there it has great meals considering it’s the only place there. We will meander down to Thargomindah to Burke and on home.

On another note about Club 4×4. I rang around for insurance and well what can I say, you are the best on price, service and extras. I have both the MDC XT 12 and the Toyota insured with you. The 4×4 insurance emails about the do’s and dont’s have made all things clear and easy. The others are going to lose badly as all they believe in is money and no help. I attach photos of our units, they are great and Club 4×4 made it even better, no hassles. Keep up the great work and one day I may meet you.

Great traveling.

Recipe for the Ideal Off-Grid Camp

There’s just something about being alone in nature that makes you feel grounded and melts the stress right off your bones. In a world where we are constantly connected, by social media, by proximity and by ease-of-contact, it can feel rare to have a moment where you can step away from all of that and just be.
