After our 4X4 was recently damaged by a hail storm, I had to make my first claim with Club 4X4 insurance. Like most, I was a bit apprehensive about dealing with a new insurer for a claim, but I really shouldn’t have worried. Matt from the claims team made the entire process easy and stress-free. From the initial assessment to the repairs, his communication was excellent, and everything was processed quickly and smoothly.

The service and attitude were first class, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when it came to making a claim on my 4X4 insurance. Thanks to Matt and the team for their professionalism and support.

Thanks,
Steven
