INGREDIENTS:
Salsa3 corn cobs, charred on the Ozpig grill plate, kernels removed1 capsicum, charred on the Ozpig grill plate, roughly chopped1 shallot, chopped¼ cup cornichons, roughly chopped1 bunch rocket1 lime, juiced1 pinch salt¼ cup parmesan, grated1 tablespoon American mustard2 Scotch fillet steaks4 pita breads
PREPARATION:
Combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Onto the Ozpig grill plate place your oiled steaks and cook for approximately 6 minutes on each side and rest for around 10 minutes before slicing into thin slices.
To make tacos, fill the pita bread with steak and top with salsa.
