  1. Which agent did you use as mine was a 3 month night mare. I here so much about Club 4×4 so I thought I would try it !
    Night mare one of the agents could not understand what went wrong and said he would investigate. No reply from him neather. 0 out of 10 from me.

  2. A few yrs back i rang for a quote & blow me away they were so expensive yes the only advantage I can see is the vehicle recovery if caught in the outback As for vehicle accessories my current insurer is well aware what my vehicle has & its well covered for off-road use by them

  3. I had the same experience, went on line for a quote. Said the amount of dollars I put in was to high and someone would be in contact. Well that never happened, quite disappointed.

  4. My experience is the just like Justin. The agent was an absolute pleasure to deal with and when I compared the quote with at least 2 other insurance companies, club 4×4 was cheaper and offered greater coverage. I didn’t bother doing my quote online, and ran directly which may be why my experience differed to the other comment above.

  5. I can only echo Justin and Daniel’s comments. I recently insured my 4×4 ute with slide-on camper after some extensive research. The premium was not cheap but it was certainly competitive and my several phone conversations were obliging and constructive. I only wish I had thought to record some names.

  6. ivan i had issue,s with my insurance policies the staff just couldnt get it right . After complianing to other staff I spoke with the G,M kalen True to his word he sorted out the issue,s I was having , Great product ! Good people ! I HAVE Been With Club 3yrs thanks team happy customer

  7. I’ve been with club4x4 now for 3 years.
    From the initial conversation through to a claim recently the process was easy and it felt like a mate was helping me through it all.

    If anyones looking to renew their insurance i strongly recommend giving club 4×4 a go, or another go if it didnt go to plan a few years ago.

  8. Great product but really poor poor service, I was actually left uninsured due to a problem with their systems, which I only found out by chance. Once the issue was sorted they gave me the opportunity to select some items from their store. This was over 3 months ago, despite 4 phone calls from me said items are yet to be received
