Beef Onion Cups with Salad

Ingredients

Beef mince
Macca’s Great Barrier beef rub
Cup shapes from a red onion
Lettuce and Mayo for a salad

Method

Mix the mince and desired amount of Great Barrier Reef rub together, and cook in the frypan. Meanwhile cut the onion to make cup shapes to hold the mince. When the mince is nicely browned, spoon it into the cups and put them into an BBQ, but not directly over the coals so they won’t burn. Leave them for about 20 minutes, and bring them out. The onion should be soften but still hold the cup shape without sagging. Mix lettuce and mayo, put everything on a plate, and enjoy.
