“Hi i would like to take the opportunity to recognise the efforts of Bernie. I have been dealing with him over the last 2 months due to being a customer affected by the bushfires. We as a family have been through a hell of alot and dealing with Bernie has been nothing short of amazing. My partner fell ill after the fires and we discussed that through our chats. Since then every time I have spoken with him he has asked how she is, has helped me to no end in ensuring that we have had plenty of time to make decisions and feel at ease with where things are at. Bernie has been friendly, professional and most of all caring, to me the most valuable asset of all. He has been a great representation of your company. I really enjoy that fact that during the tough times we have been through, there’s a guy on the other end that JUST WANTS TO HELP!! awesome guy thank you so very much.
