Dear Kalen

As one of your ‘early’ (Feb ’16) & ongoing customers I feel I have an interest in the continuing health of Club 4×4. As a touring four wheel driver Club 4×4 offers what I need & the relatively transparent style of communication which has continued from the beginning from the company to customers is, I feel, what really makes the difference. Yes my upcoming renewal premium is more than double what it was in 2016, & things like the water crossing excess has been introduced …… but …… these things have been openly discussed, allowing us to understand the reasoning , & whilst of course we don’t want extra cost to premiums any more than the next person, the process followed to inform & explain the changes to us as customers sees us willing to continue to trust Club 4×4.

Club4x4 provides a range benefits to the customer, but from our perspective it is the attention to this process of communication which we consider to be of most benefit. What it says to us is that if we ever need to make a claim we we will be treated fairly & at the end of the day that is the most important aspect to consider when buying insurance ….. for us at least.

Best LandCruiser Engine in 2026: Which One is Right for You?

The LandCruiser name has been earned the hard way, forged across Australia’s harshest tracks and most remote country. While the badge gets the recognition, it’s the engines that built the legacy. The best choice comes down to how you use your 4WD, whether that’s crossing the Simpson, towing a van up the coast, or running a reliable daily that’s ready for the weekend.
