Ingredients:

50g Salami roughly chopped ¼ cups sun dried tomatoes 1 chilli roughly chopped 3 garlic cloves crushed ¼ cup mixed pitted olives 1 punnet cherry tomatoes cut into halves 2 tablespoons capers 1 sprig thyme 1 pinch rosemary 1 can tuna drained 1 jar pasta sauce 1 Packet penne pasta cooked to al dente 1 lemon juiced

Method:

Step 1: Into a hot pan add salami, sun dried tomatoes, chilli, garlic, olives, cherry tomatoes, and capers. Cook for approximately 3 minutes before adding thyme, rosemary and tuna. Fold in and then add pasta sauce.

Step 2: Scoop the pasta straight into the pan with the sauce using a slotted spoon. Cook for around 2 minutes before adding lemon juice.
