We’re growing and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

If you have experience, or a passion for Customer Service, Call Centre or Insurance this role could be just for you!

The key responsibilities of this role will be to provide clients with exceptional customer service and provide them with the best possible insurance solutions for their specific needs.

What will your role look like?

  • Take inbound calls, assessing customer needs and providing quotes – absolutely no cold-calling
  • Talk to our passionate customers about their specialist vehicles and exciting travels
  • Learn all about the amazing Club 4X4 brand through comprehensive training and on-going support
  • Be encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions to build the brand and customer experience

You won’t just be a number in a large call centre!

What will you bring to the role?

  • A passion for delivering first-class customer service
  • Experience in a customer service role – contact centre or insurance sectors experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Teams, Outlook and Excel)
