INGREDIENTS

1 blue swimmer crab, halved and all inedible portions removed (keep in the shell) ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 red chilli, sliced 1 lemon ½ red onion, sliced 1 garlic clove, sliced 2 kaffir lime leaves, roughly chopped 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp kecap manis ½ bunch coriander, roughly chopped

METHOD

Place a wok over the flame of the OzPig. Add all ingredients to the wok and toss together, cook for 5-10 minutes.
