INGREDIENTS

1 chorizo roughly chopped 1 red onion roughly chopped 2 cloves garlic roughly chopped 1 sprig fresh thyme 1 chilli roughly chopped 1 can red kidney beans rinsed and drained 1 can crushed tomatoes 1 pinch salt 1 red capsicum

METHOD

Step 1 Into the Ozpig dutch oven add the chorizo, red onion, garlic, thyme, chili, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes and salt. Cook for approximately 10 minutes and move onto the Ozpig warming plate to keep warm.

Step 2 Onto the Ozpig grill plate char the capsicum then roughly chop and add to the bean mixture. Grill your toast on the grill plate to serve.
