After our 4×4 recently got damaged by a hail storm, I had to make my first claim on my Club4x4 insurance. It is always a moment of apprehension making a claim with an insurer you have never dealt with before on a claim. Should not have been worried. Matt, in the claims section, was first class throughout the whole process making the assessment and repair process smoothly and quickly with good communication and prompt processing.
