Here at Club 4X4, our call centre will be operating our regular opening hours, with the exception of Public Holidays, where our call centre will be closed. Our 24 hr claims lodgement service will be operating at all times, ensuring that you can get assistance in the event that you need to make a claim, even over Public Holidays.

Opening Hours (excluding Public Holidays when we are closed)

Mon-Fri8am – 7pm AEDTSaturdays9am-12pm AEDTSundaysClosed

Please bear in mind that while we are open normal hours, we will be operating with reduced manning to ensure that as many of our staff as possible can get to enjoy the festive season and a well earned break with their families. This may mean that it takes us a little longer than normal to get to your call, so we appreciate your patience here. Rest assured that you are a priority to us, and our management team are even making themselves available to answer phones over this time to ensure that we keep any delays to a minimum.

If you need to claim outside these hours

We are still here to help! Simply call 1800 Club 4X4 (1800 258 249) and follow the prompt to talk to our Claims team. You’ll be answered by our after hours service, where you can get assistance securing or towing your vehicle, and complete the initial lodgement of your claim. Our claims team will then get in touch the next business day to start the process of getting the claims assessed and work through the process from there with you.

On behalf of everyone at Club 4X4, we wish you a safe and Merry Christmas!
