Register

Register for the Customer Portal by providing an email address and creating a password.

Link your policy

To link your policy, you'll need to provide the following details, which must match the policyholder on your policy:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Policy number/s

All details must match our record exactly. Please call us on 1300 296 296 (8.30 am to 5.30 pm AEST) and we'll help you get set up.

Verify your email address

An email will be sent to your email address to verify your account. Follow the instructions to proceed.
