Santa's Swag Giveaway

1. The giveaway starts [date] and will run until [date].
   Each giveaway runs for 24 hours from the time the post is published on Instagram
2. To qualify for the giveaway, the following tasks must be completed:

• Follow the Club 4X4 Instagram page
• Like the giveaway Instagram post
• Tag your mates in the comments of the post (the more unique tags, the more entries)

1. This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
2. Each giveaway is the item featured in that day’s unboxing video with one giveaway per post. 
3. Winners will be selected based on a random draw and notified via direct message from @club_4X4. Winners must respond within 5 days to claim their prize.If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.
4. By entering this promotion, participants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria and understand that the Promoter may request proof of age, identityor residency to validate their entry.
5. By entering, participants grant the Promoter a royalty-free licence to use comments and public usernames for promotional purposes.
6. Prizes will be delivered within Australia only.
7. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Club 4X4 reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal value
8. Prizes may include products supplied by third-party brands. Club 4X4 is not the manufacturer of these products and makes no warranties or representations regarding their quality, performance or suitability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club 4X4 accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of any third-party prize. Any issues or faults with a prize must be directed to the manufacturer or supplier in accordance with their warranty or service processes.
9. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any postal or delivery delays in relation to the prize.

11. Employees of Club 4X4, associated agenciesand immediate family members are ineligible.
12. By entering participants agree to these terms and ourprivacy policy.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend, extend, cancel or withdraw, all or part of this Giveaway at any time and without notice, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
