We'll meet you at your breakdown location and can tow you to the nearest service station, or provide up to 10L of fuel free of charge to keep your adventure rolling
Need A Tow?
We tow you to the nearest repairer & can tow your trailer too if advised at the time of the request for help. T&Cs apply.
Locked Or Lost Your Keys?
If your keys have been lost, stolen or locked inside your vehicle, we cover up to $250 for a locksmith or to retrieve your spare key

From warning lights on your dash to your 4X4 running rough or making funny noises, our technical advice can assist with diagnosis

Our Roadside Plus road side assistance package is available for an extra cost of $144.95 per year including GST, and is designed to support the needs of 4WDs.
As a part of our 4WD road side assistance, your coverage includes towing, delivery of fuel if you run out of fuel, flat battery assistance, flat tyre assistance and up to $250.00 toward the cost of transporting your spare keys to you, or a locksmith to attend your vehicle if you lock your keys in the car or lose them. T&Cs apply.
In Australia, roadside assistance and recovery services both address vehicle issues but serve different purposes:
1. Roadside Assistance:
Aimed at addressing minor mechanical problems directly on the roadside. Common services include jump-starting batteries, changing flat tires, fuel delivery, and lockout assistance. Typically, these services are offered as part of car insurance policies or by motoring clubs as a subscription-based service.
2. Off-Road Recovery:
With $1,500 automatically included in every 4X4, Caravan and Camper Trailer policy & upgrades to $15,000 or $30,000 available, our off-road recovery cover gives peace of mind to even the most remote travellers. At Club 4X4, our Off-Road Recovery Cover can be used if you get bogged, have a mechanical failure or are otherwise stuck off-road, but not as a result of an insured event.
