COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter: Club 4X4 Pty Ltd (Club 4X4), AR 1235616 of Lifestyle Insurance Group Pty Ltd (Lifestyle) AFSL 246937.

The competition starts 1^st of June 2026 and will run until 11.59PM AEST 6^th of July 2026

To qualify for the giveaway, the following tasks must be completed:

Fill out the participation form

Entries will be limited to One (1) per vehicle

Winning participants Must:

Be an Australian resident
Aged 25 and over at the time of entry
Have a full Australian licence

Winning Vehicles Must:

Be a model year 2005 or newer,
Not be fully electric
Be currently insured at the time of judging
Be 4WD / AWD capable
Registered in the name of an individual, not a company or trust.
Meet State or Territory registration requirements
Be suitable for modification (no major existing damage)

Modifications available to the winner will not include power / performance-based modifications.

The Winner agrees to allow Club 4X4 to take their vehicle to an agreed partner location for the period of time necessary for the fitting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, delay, defect, or issue arising in connection with the vehicle while it is located on ARB premises or during the performance of the modifications.

Any warranties, guarantees, or remedies in relation to the modifications are provided solely by the Partner and are subject to the Partner’s standard terms and conditions.

By entering this promotion, participants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria and understand that the Promoter may request proof of age, identity or residency to validate their entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to untag, hide, remove and disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, is offensive, unsafe, misleading, defamatory, or inconsistent with the Club 4X4 brand or 4WD community, or otherwise and in any way, not strictly compliant with these terms and conditions in the absolute discretion of the Promoter .

Employees of Envest Direct Agencies Pty Ltd, associated brands & agencies and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

Winners will be selected by Club 4X4 in its absolute discretion based on the merit of the entrant’s application and answers provided to the Promoter in the application and the Promoter will contact the entrant which the Promoter determines to be the winner, by way of the contact details provided by the entrant. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any incorrect contact information provided by an entrant into the competition. Winners must respond within 10 Calendar days of being notified, to claim their prize. If the Promoter does not receive any response from the entrant determined to be the winner of the prize by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to select a new winner, and the original winner shall have no claim or cause of action for loss or damages against the Promoter or any subsequent winner, and the Promoter shall not be liable to the original winner if that entrant is not contactable, unresponsive, is unable or is unwilling to collect the prize originally awarded to that entrant for any reason whatsoever.

The Winner agrees to choose their modifications from an approved list provided by ARB PARTNER with the total prize value up to a maximum of $30,000 RRP AUD including labour (excluding GST).

Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or credit and any shortfall in the value of the entrant’s chosen modifications below the maximum prize value of $30,000 RRP AUD including labour (excluding GST), will not be provided by way of a credit or cash payment.

Digital eGift Cards awarded by this promotion will be delivered to the email address provided in the entry within 14 days of competition closing.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend, extend, cancel or withdraw, all or part of this competition at any time and without notice, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

By entering, participants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual license to use their entry content (including usernames, images, videos, text, captions and any accompanying comments) for promotional purposes in any media.

Winners' details will be shared with suppliers/delivery partners for prize fulfilment only.
