Cover For Campsite Bookings
Caravan damaged in an insured event? We’ll reimburse up to $1,000 for campsite cancellation or re-booking fees you can’t recover.
Breakdown Towing
If your tow vehicle breaks down, we won’t leave your caravan stranded with up to $750 of towing automatically included to get it to safety.
New Caravan Replacement
For caravans under 24 months old, where you’re the first registered owner, we offer a new replacement if a total loss claim is made.

We will reimburse you up to $1,000 for the cost of emergency repairs to get your caravan back to a roadworthy and safe condition after a covered incident, so that you can continue your adventure as planned.

Off-Road Recovery
If your caravan is stuck enough to need help from a professional, we cover up to $1,500 in recovery costs with the option to upgrade to $5,000, $15,000 or $30,000.

These additional benefits are standard inclusions in our policies –– but they won’t feel standard if you need them.
Returning Your Caravan
If your caravan is being repaired following an insured event, and is more than 100km from your usual place of residence, we will cover:
The reasonable cost of travel to pick up your caravan OR
The safe return home of your caravan after repairs are done.
Debris Cover
If we have agreed to pay a claim following loss or damage to your caravan following an insured event, we will pay the reasonable costs to:
Remove and dispose of the damaged caravan AND
Its contents, up to a maximum value of $5,000.
Alternative Accommodation
In the event of a loss or damage to your caravan, if you are more than 100km from your usual place of residence, and your camper trailer becomes unlivable, we will cover alternative accommodation up to:
$150 per day (with a maximum of $2,500 per period of insurance).

With caravan insurance, you can set out on your adventure with confidence, knowing you’re prepared for wherever the journey leads.
Yes — your caravan is covered for floods and other natural weather events, including strong wind, storms, lightning, hail, earthquakes and tsunamis. Please note: during the first 72 hours of your policy, there is no cover for loss or damage caused by weather events, except where this Policy:
- replaces another Policy that insures your caravan, or
- commences on the day you took possession of the Caravan (a dated proof of purchase may be required in the event of a claim).
There are a number of rating factors involved in calculating a premium for caravan insurance, so rather than giving a generic answer, we'd love to provide you with a quote!

We’ll pay up to $2,000 for accidental loss of, or damage to, personal effects belonging to you while you are travelling anywhere in Australia.
Public liability & legal fees:
We cover your legal liability if an accident involving your caravan causes loss or damage to someone else’s property during the period of insurance. This includes the legal costs you’re required to pay for a claim relating to that liability.
