Ingredients:

500g lamb mince ¼ cup pistachios 1 tbsp. cumin 1 tbsp. coriander pinch of salt crack of pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion salt 1 bunch mint 1 bunch flat leaf parsley ½ red onion, sliced juice of ½ lemon 6 hot dog buns American mustard

Method:

Combine lamb, pistachios, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion salt in a bowl, massage with hands. Once combined, shape the mince around the skewer into a hotdog shape and place on the Oz Pig Grill Plate until cooked through.

Make the salad by combining mint, parsley, red onion and lemon juice in a bowl. Place the salad in sliced hot dog buns followed by the lamb bratwurst, top with American mustard.
