Ingredients:

4 chicken thighs, bone in 4 chicken wings 4 pork spare ribs 1 brown onion, grated tbsp. chilli flakes ¼ cup brown sugar 1 tbsp. coriander pinch of salt 2 cups cola 1 stalk lemongrass

Method:

Place all ingredients into the Bigboar Camp Oven, use the lemongrass stick to combine mixture. Transfer the Bigboar onto the Oz Pig and bring the heat up. Once the mixture starts to simmer place the diffuser underneath the Bigboar to create a gentle heat.

Cook for an hour and half stirring the mixture every 20 minutes.
