New Caravan Replacement
If your caravan is less than 24 months old and you are the first registered owner, we offer new replacements following a total loss claim.

We will reimburse you up to $1,000 for the cost of emergency repairs to get your caravan back to a roadworthy and safe condition after a covered incident, so that you can continue your adventure as planned.

If your caravan is stuck enough to need help from a professional, we cover up to $1,500 in recovery costs with the option to upgrade to $5,000, $15,000 or $30,000.

Returning Your Caravan
If your caravan is being repaired following an insured event, and is more than 100km from your usual place of residence
The reasonable cost of travel to collect your caravan OR
The delivery of your caravan to you after the repairs have been completed.
Up to $5,000 per insured event
Debris Cover
If we have agreed to pay a claim following loss or damage to your caravan following an insured event, we will pay the reasonable costs to:
Remove and dispose of the damaged caravan AND
Its contents, up to a maximum value of $5,000.
Alternative Accommodation
In the event of a loss or damage to your caravan, if you are more than 100km from your usual place of residence, and your camper trailer becomes unlivable, we will cover alternative accommodation up to:
$150 per day up to a maximum of $2,500 per period of insurance.

Yes your caravan is insured if there is a flood or any other natural disaster i.e strong wind, storm, lightning, hail, earthquake, tsunami or any other natural weather event. However please note within the first 72 hours of policy inception there will be no coverage for loss or damage due to weather events.

Australia wide personal effects cover: We will pay up to $2,000 for accidental loss of, or

Public liability & legal fees: Your legal liability to pay compensation for loss or damage to another person’s property which occurred during the period of insurance as a result of an accident involving your caravan or camper trailer. The legal costs you have to pay in relation to a claim for your legal liability for which cover is provided under this benefit.
