Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Club 4X4 Pty Ltd (Club 4X4), AR 1235616 of Lifestyle Insurance Group Pty Ltd (Lifestyle) AFSL 246937.

1. To enter via Instagram, participants must post a photo or video of their camping cricket set-up to their feed, tag the Promoter’s Instagram account, include the campaign hashtag and follow @club_4x4.
2. To enter via Facebook, participants must comment on the official competition post with a photo or video of their camping cricket set-up and follow the Club 4X4 Insurance page.
3. Bonus entries may be granted when participants share the post to their Facebook feed or Facebook or Instagram stories and tag the Promoter, provided the share is visible under platform privacy settings.
4. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be unique.
5. Participants must have completed the entry requirements by Thursday 30 January 2026 at 23:00 AEST to be eligible.
6. Entries must remain publicly visible on Instagram for a minimum of one week after the Promotion Period closes to allow verification.
7. All content submitted must be the participants own original work. It cannot be AI-generated and must not use or infringe any third-party content or rights. Any entry that breaches this requirement will be disqualified.
8. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible, manipulated, lost, fraudulent or received after Thursday 30 January 2026 at 23:00 AEST are invalid.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to untag, hide, remove and disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, is offensive, unsafe, misleading, defamatory, or inconsistent with the Club 4X4 brand or 4WD community.
10. This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry.
11. By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria and understand that The Promoter may request proof of age, identity or residency to validate their entry.
12. Employees of Envest Direct Agencies Pty Ltd, associated brands & agencies and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
13. A single prize of 1 x Starlink (Standard Mini Kit) with an approximate value of $448 will be awarded to one winner.
14. The prize does not include any internet service plan or installation, and the winner will be responsible for any service plan with Starlink that they may choose to order.
15. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
16. The winner will be selected on Friday January 31 based on the best camping cricket setup. Creativity, originality and the number of likes will inform the decision of the winning entry.
17. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter.
18. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If The Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner within two weeks of the prize being drawn, then the winner’s prize is forfeited, and further draw(s) will be conducted to select a new winner.
19. The prize will be delivered within Australia only to the address provided by the winner
20. The prize will be ordered and shipped directly to the winner from a Starlink supplier, and The Promoter is not responsible for any postage delays, delivery issues, loss or warranty matters, which remain the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier in accordance with their warranty or service processes.
21. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of any third-party prize. Any issues or faults with a prize must be directed to the manufacturer or supplier in accordance with their warranty or service processes.
22. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta or Starlink.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend, extend, cancel or withdraw, all or part of this Giveaway at any time and without notice, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

25. By entering, participants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual license to use their entry content (including usernames, images, videos, text, captions and any accompanying comments) for promotional purposes in any media.
