Essential Repairs
We will reimburse you up to $1,000 for the cost of emergency repairs to get your caravan back to a roadworthy and safe condition after a covered incident, so that you can continue your adventure as planned.

If your caravan is stuck enough to need help from a professional, we cover up to $1,500 in reimbursement for recovery costs with the option to upgrade to $15,000 or $30,000.

If it’s portable & you take it 4WDing, touring or camping, chances are we can cover it. Every policy comes with $2,000 of personal effects cover for the things you take to make your home away from home feel like your own. It covers your gear anywhere in Australia, whenyou'rewith or away from your vehicle. For those who like to be prepared with the right gear, this amount can be increased to $5,000 or $10,000.

Returning Your Caravan
When your caravan is being repaired as a result of an event covered by this insurance, and it's over 100km from your usual place of residence, we will pay up to $2,500 for either:
The reasonable cost of travel to collect your caravan OR
The delivery of your caravan to you after the repairs have been completed.
Up To $5,000 Debris Cover
If we have agreed to pay a claim following loss or damage to your caravan following an insured event, we will pay the reasonable costs to:
Remove and dispose of the damaged caravan AND
Its contents, up to a maximum value of $3,000.
Alternative Accommodation
In the event of a loss or damage to your caravan, if you are more than 100km from your usual place of residence, and your camper trailer becomes unlivable, we will cover alternative accommodation up to:
$150 per day up to a maximum of $2,500 per period of insurance.

With camper trailer insurance, you can embark on your journeys with confidence, knowing that you are prepared for anything on the open road.
Yes your caravan is insured if there is a flood or any other natural disaster i.e strong wind, storm, lightning, hail, earthquake, tsunami or any other natural weather event. However please note within the first 72 hours of policy inception there will be no coverage for loss or damage due to weather events.
There are a number of rating factors involved in calculating an insurance premium for caravan insurance, so rather than give a generic answer, we'd love to provide you with a quote!
Included in our caravan insurance is:
- Loss of or damage to your caravan or camper trailer as a result of:
- a collision;
- an accident;
- fire, flooding, storm
- theft;
- malicious damage or vandalism;
- Contents: We will pay up to $1,000 for loss or damage sustained to your contents whilst they are within your caravan or camper trailer.
- Public liability & legal fees: Your legal liability to pay compensation for loss or damage to another person’s property which occurred during the period of insurance as a result of an accident involving your caravan or camper trailer. The legal costs you have to pay in relation to a claim for your legal liability for which cover is provided under this benefit
- Emergency accommodation: If your caravan becomes uninhabitable due to an insured event, such as accidental damage or theft, we will cover the cost of alternative accommodation while repairs or replacements are arranged.
